For over 25 years, our in-house Quality Control team has been working directly on the ground in Asia, supporting suppliers and production lines to ensure every product meets European standards before it ever leaves the factory.

    • Pre-production, during-production and final inspections
    • Product validation against EU standards and regulatory requirements
    • Compliance verification before shipment

Our after-sales service is an integral part of the quality process. We systematically analyse field data — complaints, product failures, spare parts requests — and feed this intelligence back to our technical team, who communicates it directly to the manufacturer.

This creates a continuous improvement loop: we don’t just control quality before products enter the market; we monitor how they actually perform once they’re out there. Real data and concrete improvements, cycle after cycle.
